Art Delay issue on scroll wheel.

Hi all, just came across Hyperspin and this is exactly what i am looking for. 

Just installed on my pc and immediately  found an annoying issue.

When you spin the scroll wheel and select a system, the menu graphics jump in so fast you can barely focus on the menu wheel.

I have tried changing the delay setting but it does not seem to take affect, i would like a 2 second pause between scrolling the wheel and all the graphics kicking in. as it is its annoying and ruins it.

I like to set the "alpha" on the wheel right up to 1.0 so it's visible all the time. I don't use individual game themes though, just a default system theme.

If you want to change the graphics (like boxes and carts coming in from the sides), that stuff is controlled by the theme. So you would have to load each theme up in hypertheme and make the appropriate changes.
