Frustrated with Hyperspin

I am reletively new. I have donated and have platinum status. I am very frustrated. The HS website is down frequently. The HyperList has been down for quite some time. I have played around with Launchbox/Bigbox because of my frustrations. There seems to be much more information/tutorials out there for that FE than for Hyperspin. I really like hyperspin! But I am wondering why I paid for platinum membership when I cannot seem to get regular access to things on the website, or clear tutorials to do the things I want to do within Hyperspin. 
I am asking the community for a little guidance here on getting the most out of Hyperspin.

And another source of my frustration: Hypersync Cloud will not log in to HS account. It does emumovies just fine, but it says there is something wrong with the Hyperspin login. But clearly since I am posting this, I have the correct login credentials.  Any help on that would be appreciated as well.

It’s not just you. Everything’s messed up and been that way for a while. I think they had their servers crash or something like that. Unfortunately this site is just a shell of what it used to be but with the help videos on YouTube it’s pretty easy to set up. Check out @ninja2bceen YouTube channel. It’s really helped me.
