Hi I'm trying to download the Hyperspin full package but I get this message " Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file."

I have disabled my AV but it still won't let me download.

How do I get the file.

Don't know what the issue is before this I downloaded Mame and have just downloaded Rocketlauncher
