Please help, Ive just joined but I cant download hyperspin

The download started, but froze halfway through. Since then the download button has gone and it just says "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file." . I have completed my profile but still no joy. What do I need to do to download hyperspin?

I would try a different browser first.
