Hyperspin and hyper HQ wont launch

 Problem is that hyperspin nor Hyper HQ wont launch, but both show running in the task manager. all files are set to the D drive. the log. txt is giving me no help to figuring out the problem either. rocket launcher loads and plays games. I am completely out of ideas on where to look next.
