The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Virtual Drive Support enabled, but have not configured a path to its executable

Hey everyone,

I have this message pop up whenever I select an emulator on any system: "You have Virtual Drive Support enabled, but have not configured a path to its executable. Please disable it or set the path." My emulators were running fine on hyperspin/rocketlauncher before this and now none of them will open. Appreciate any help. Thanks,

In this instance the message is telling you exactly what you need to do.

So the question is: Why do you need a virtual drive?

Most emulators these days don't need a mounted image to work (or more precisely, they do their own internal mounting)... and you should really never have this option enabled globally anyway. Only enable it on the specific system that you are using it for.
