I just joined this site to try and download HyperSpin-fe for Windows. I signed in, clicked download, and the download failed after 52kb. I went back to try again, and instead of a download link I see, "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file." I am using the latest versions of Firefox and Windows 10 Pro. I have disabled my anti-virus.

How may I download the file?

P.S. sorry for starting a new topic, but I don't see a search function in the Support section of the forum.

Please disregard the "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file" portion of this topic. It must be some kind of cool down between downloads. The message could be better.

My other issues of downloading the actual file beyond 52kb and not having a search feature in the forums still stand.

My advise for downloading would be simply to try a different browser. Chrome seems to download fine for me.

There is a search function, you have to scroll to the very top left of pages to see it.
