Controller Configuration

Hi,

I think of Building an Bartop / Arcade machine.

I want to have following Controllers:

-2x Classic Stick and Buttons:

For Arcade Games etc.. I saw something configured with I think „LEDBlinky“. 
Questions:

Which Brand do you recommend for these Type of Controllers? Which things do I need for LEDBlinky? Whats best way to configure controls e.g. Joy2Key, Programmable Controller, and is there a proper tutorial you can recommend?

(-Trackball):

I dont know if I would really use it.

Questions:

Which brand do You recommend? Whats the best way to configure it Whats the best Tutorial out there? Can I only use it for retrogames of can I use it for modern Games and how?

-2x Lightgun:

I thought of Sinden because Aimtrak needs a Sensor bar.

Questions:

Which Brand do you recommend and why? Is there a proper Tutorial for automatisation between switching Emulator etc.?

-Other controller (Xbox,Gamecube..)

Questions:

Whats the best way to configure it and is there a good tutorial?

 

And in the end:

How can I keep a correct order for all controllers? Like Whats Joy1,Joy2… Does it depend on the USB Port I use?
