New user - download failing. Can someone help?

Trying to download the full package but the download is failing. Can someone help with any guides to setup a new homemade arcade?

If download is failing, I would simply use a different browser.

Will give it a try. I just didn't know if it wasn't working due to a lot of the site not working. I wanted to purchase some of the premium content. When do you think you will be in a position to support that again?
