Hyperspin doesn't boot

I used to have HyperSpin working a while ago. Recently I tried to boot it up to no avail. I downloaded the recent version and had the same result.
I see HyperSpin.exe in my task manager but nothing launches and I don't get any errors or prompts on screen. 

I have tried to use compatibility mode and administrator mode but nothing seems to work. 

I am really not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
I am on the most recent Windows 10 with all drivers updated.
