which would be the best version of Windows 10 to use for my new Hyperspin + Rocketlauncher setup ?

Home

LTSC Enterprise

does it make much difference ? , LTSC has less crap , would that make Hyperspin work better or worse?

LTSC does not have version upgrades, only security updates, it will prevent problems if the thing is online, version changes tends to create incompatibility.
Moreover LTSC, like enterprise, can boot on black (you will see windows stuff only when it will install updates).

my setup will be offline so will not have to worry about updates etc

what about different builds , is there any benefit having a earlier 1803 or the latest 21H2 ?
