You need to change your language settings in in windows.  

In Windows 10, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language then click on Location then administrative. Then Change System Locale... Change it to English (US) and see if the AHK.dll error disappears. After that you can install back your original language keyboard layout in regional settings and things should still work ok.
