gujumax Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Hyperspin is not loading and when I check the windows event logs it shows appcrash with ntdll.dll error. I'm running Windows 11. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Copying the sxs.dll to the hyper spin folder didn't work.

How do I fix Ntdll DLL error? Try these fixes Restore the ntdll.dll file. Update your Windows system. Run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. gujumax Posted August 29, 2022 Author Posted August 29, 2022 Okay so after copying the sxs.dll to the Hyperspin folder. The ntdll.dll error went away from the logs. But the Hyperspin still doesn't open. Any idea?

Ensure Anti virus disabled or exception for Hyperspin.exe done Also disable firewall or again put exception for Hyperspin Also make sure you use this sxs.dll
gujumax Posted August 29, 2022 Author Posted August 29, 2022 Yes, I'm running it as admin, and I did copy the correct sxs.dll over to the root folder of HyperSpin. When I click on it, the wheel spin, and nothing happens . I ran sfc /scannow and DISM utility and no errors were found.

Does Hyperspin boot up and then the wheel spins ? If so, then it's working and it's just a setting in HyperHQ that's probably the issue. When Hyperspin isn't working, nothing happens at all when you click on it.
