It can run most of the games but it doesn't have complete compatibility yet.  It uses the supracan romset in MAME Software List.

I didn't see the recent upload by Galaxie Games.  His setup is using MESS and it is one of the rare exceptions when the older MESS compatibility might be better than current MAME compatibility.
