hyperexcited Posted June 23, 2024 Posted June 23, 2024 Hello everyone. I've just installed my first Hyperspin on my Nvidia Shield. Following Youtube tutorials, I've managed to setup the vast majority of stuff including the latest retroarch configuration. To avoid complications, I connected a wired, rather than wireless xbox controller. Retroarch for some reason detected it as a Logitech / Generic Xbox controller. I also manually mapped all the controller buttons correctly. I finally went ahead and ran Hyperspin. It seems to work perfectly with a gorgeous intro and menu system. However, weirdly, It won't let me start any games. Pressing any buttons on the controller will either show the Quit menu, Android About Box or just make the menu jump to beginning or end. What am I doing wrong and how do I map the controls for Hyperspin? Thank you.
sonkun Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 It seems this place pretty much became a ghost town since those wretched Android 9 upgrades and updates that turned everything upside down but I'll try to help the best I can since I still use HyperSpin on my Shield although I'm still on Shield version 8.2.3. Are you on Android version 9? If so have you installed the "beta 2" version apk of HyperSpin?
renaw14363 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Hey there! I know a cool app packed with online entertainment that really helps kill time when tech acts up. While trying to fix Hyperspin not launching any emulators or games, I stumbled across the Mostbet -bangladesh.bet App , which offers fast access to sports betting and casino games straight from your phone. It’s got a slick interface, solid bonuses for newbies, and runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. As for Hyperspin, check if your emulator paths are correctly set and make sure it's not a UAC permissions issue—sometimes that’s the sneaky culprit.
