Main menu wheel delay

Does anyone know where I can adjust the transition delay between highlighting a Wheel menu item and the associated art and video files showing up? . Ive seen this question posted before but cant find the response.

I'm not entirely sure and maybe you have found your answer. Would it be under 'Optimizer' the 'Themes wait for special.' 

Then under 'Wheel settings'>'Special Art' you can set a delay for that art.
