I just bought a Hyperspin USB Drive with the intention of playing arcade games on my computer. However I really could use some help with getting it setup running into some issues. I'm not a big tech person but I understand enough to be dangerous. However the last Hyperspin USB Drive I bought was literally plug and play this one apparently needs some setup before it functions correctly. Any help would be great. Thanks

Just bought a Hyperspin USB Drive for my low budget arcade cabinet but unfortunately I'm running into some problems getting any games to play. The startup title screen plays I hit enter on the keyboard then the game selection pops up on the right side of the screen and I can select a game it shows the preview but I can't get it to play for some reason am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately we don’t support pre installed bought drives here.

 

best action is to try and contact the person you bought it from.

 

Setting up this stuff is very specific.

I actually bought this USB drive from a Hyperspin website no idea if it's an official one but they had multiple versions for sale.

Replied in your other thread with some context. Hyperspin Officially only sells a Platinum membership to this website.

 

everything else is just illegitimate sales of things branded with the HyperSpin logo
