Hyperspin not running

Hi folks, 

A few years back I got a new PC and ported everything over. I never got Hyperspin to work on my PC and I didn't really worry about it. 

Now I've downloaded the new version and can't get it to run either. I figure since I'm going to be uploading themes and playing around with it I should take teh time to figure this out. It's been a while since I've been here so I'm not sure what info you need to help me. 

I click Hyperspin and nothing happens. I'm not sure if I have the wrong path or what... lol
