Hyperspin from kinhank 12tb drive only showing ??? name of game but actually do launch

I just got my kinhank 12tb drive come with 5 front in. Hyperspin is one of them and only feature arcades games. Screenshot show only show ? for game name but the short media do work and game do launch. Is there a way I can check to fox this in the drive? I went into the drive folder and find where are all the roms and media video, logo, and saves files etc. I can't get the Game name to show up. Everythings look correct the name of the roms is the same as logo and media. Any advices would be appreciate.

@Papaya25 _ You will need to contact the the seller.  Also, the frontend looks like Hyperspin Attraction, not Hyperspin.
