HyperSpin Box Art Help! - Can't get them the same size

First post (so clearly I'm a noob...)

I'm in the process of setting up my Hyperspin, and I'm having trouble getting the Box Art to appear the same size. For example, the Sega Genesis section has "3 Ninjas Kick Back" as the first game (this was the default) and the box cover appears large. Once I scroll to any other game in my wheel, the box art gets much smaller. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Yes they do, resize them.

I've used IrfanView on simple batch image editing jobs in the past.
