how to put together a database file?

I would like to put together a database file for msx2+.. ..

You guys/gals that put those together all the time....where do I start?

Craig,

Start with HyperTools to generate a valid database. Then you can edit it to your hearts content. Here is a description and explanation of the xml and it's contents:

Thanks....I was thinking more practically...like where do u find ur list of games? How do u confirm u got em all? Just find as many lists as possible and then compare them?

Also.....if u happen to know....does bluemsx module support multiple disks?? I have very little knowledge regarding multiple disk games for any system......thanks....

Ahh, I thought that was to simple a question for you Craig. ;)

That would be better answered from someone in the project probably. Or go to http://www.no-intro.org/ and dig around there. Get the dat for the system you are looking for.
