Can someone explain to me how to get this working 

I can play outside hyperspin 2 but I don't know how to get it working in hyperspin 2

don't  know what folders to point hyperspin 2 for the games.

Decrypted iso file launch if you change the launch command to a standard type —nogui %rom.path%
 

there’s an issue with import/launch of eboot type games that should see a fix soon. Frosty said it’s getting some work over the next few days
