I have a problem with the latest Hyperspin 2 install, I installed HQ (on Drive E:) and Hyperspin but i get a blank screen when HS boots up. I have tried reinstalling plugins, i have tried deleting the cache, i have tried uninstalling HQ and deleting leftover folders. Fresh install dont solve it. So i moved to my other computer, lets call it computer number 2. Did install HQ at preset path (C:), HS was working! . wanted to try have it on another drive so i deleted everything. installed it again on Drive D; Got the same problem again on this computer also. Uninstalled and tried to install it in the working preset path at drive C:, Same problem, HS not working for me anymore on my 2 computers. So when i launch HS the loading bar stops just after it says Loading Wheel then jumps directly into HS, Can anyone point me how to use logs for this matter? or if you have any other ideas? i have a picture of HS screen, Kind Regards

This is a good time for fresh install, and by fresh I mean all the way fresh. Go into c:/users/username and delete the .HyperHQ and .HyperSpin folders etc. Then when you reinstall its going to build 100% new databases etc. I think this is the full list, havent had to do it in awhile now. c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/HyperHQ c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/HyperSpin c:/users/username/.HyperHQ c:/users/username/.HyperSpin I think that this is everything and you shouldn't have to do this again in the future. We will get this figured out I sent a note to the dev team to come take a look at this. Couple of questions: What systems do you have installed in HyperHQ? Are you seeing any related errors in the log viewer? (See Below) Best to get some details to troubleshoot this faster. Since it wasn't mentioned, until you have setup a System in HQ nothing will populate in HyperSpin. IE, if you did a fresh install and then went to hypertheme and clicked download on the snes theme, it wouldn't populate. The system and games need to be set up and then the default theme will populate and that can be changed in HyperTheme. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see in the systems/game view of Hyper HQ? In addition to making sure you have at least one system installed, there is a process that runs that makes sure the cache gets built before first run. Depending on the speed of your system this can take up to a minute. Try a smaller console just to get you going and see if it works. Last, can you verify you have media showing in the media tab in HyperHQ? 1
