convert a fav list to xml

so no body knows anyway of doing this or a work around ok well im doing them manuelly if you guys wanna use these i put the txt up here anyway ive almost done 2 sega master system and genesis

Manually is the only way afaik. You could use excel to import xmls and use vlookup to return all the correct rows based on your favs list.
