Mednafen guide - my search isn't working

Hey everyone

Looking for a guide on mednafen setup. I'm not familiar with daemon tools and all that

My search function is not working on my tablet for some reason.

I know there has to be a thread on here , if someone could post a link, I would be very happy!!

this is the one that helped me get going. I will say there is very little to setup as this does not rely on virtual drives to load a disc image :-) just drag and drop to test! bios is the big snag, after each run, check the "stdout.txt" log file for further guidance (found in the root directory of your mednafen folder)

Do you really have to mess around with daemon tools? I've never used daemon tools and have no idea .

Plus you have to buy it

I've easily got it going outside hyperspin, but can't launch it inside, it's looking for daemon tools.

Nevermind got it going, turned off enable daemon tools.

Just have to figure out setting up controls. Can you setup controls for each system seperately in hyperspin if your using it to emulate multiple platforms?

ahhh the controls... the instructions for it are located in the AHK file. the way to do it is:

-run a game

-hit the key combo are your keyboard; ALT SHIFT and the number 1

this will bring up a config text. I figured out that it will ask you twice for the same key input (up for example) . as long as u]you use the same key twice in a row it will stop asking you for that and move onto the next input.

I do not know the answer to your question, however I am thinking that you will need to setup controls once for each game :-0 crazy but it seemed to hold for me.
