Not for your favorites wheel. Adding <exe>Nintendo Entertainment System<exe> to a NES game in your Favorites.xml will cause Hyperlaunch to get the ROM path and all other necessary settings from your Nintendo Entertainment System Settings.ini file.

Ah I see but when I tried this before it would seem now that my only problem was making a "corresponding xml game list" for my favorite wheel. How do one go about doing this without the method of putting your favorite roms in one folder and using hyperRom2xml to create a working xml file? just so know you've have been a BIG help thanks.

You will probably need to manually add the exe tag to each game anyway...

What you could is add your favorites on a per system basis to some folders, run your tool and make an xml for each folder, then add your exe tags. after all this is done, manually merge all the xmls.

I would make a favorites xml with two games in it for two different systems.

When both work from your wheel then go hog wild.

I had this in my mind but couldn't really ask it in the right way lol,Basically its about how someone describes themselves the way its necessary. At the same time knowing things regarding it can be a good step because it got to do things with it.
