boomerps2 Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 I've searched the forums for any kind of setup guide for adding XBMC (Kodi) to Hyperspin. As a matter of fact, most of the guides are about doing just the opposite, adding Hyperspin to XBMC. Where do I begin? What does the XML file look like? What do I point the roms folder to? Do I use PC Launcher? Does it launch through the .exe or a custom .bat file? Thanks in advance for the help.
pofo14 Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 Yes you will use the PC launcher to do that. There are a couple posts in the forums that have some details. Here is one I found that discusses how to configure the PC launcher. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?33042-Help-with-XBMC-launching-from-Hyperspin-I-promise-I-tried!

I went through HyperHQ like it said. I did something different and put "NO" for launching through hyperlaunch and it launches Kodi just fine unless there is something wrong with this. Thanks again.
Bish777 Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 I just used the PC launcher and it works great (Gotham). I added it to the main wheel with the XBMC theme with this video: and it works great for me. Good luck.

boomerps2 Posted January 9, 2015 Author Posted January 9, 2015 Its titled PC games but Giga nailed this tutorial on PClauncher: I have PC games already set up using PC Launcher. I needed to know how to setup XBMC launching without a subwheel. I got it going now. Thanks
