BlueGoblin Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi All, I currently run a 3.0ghz intel CPU G860 w/8gb ram running windows 7 64bit. My system is running very slow when booting up the hyperspin machine and sometimes when manuvering through the hyperspin menus its slow and on occasion the controls dont work. This pretty much occurs when booting up Hyperspin. What can I do to boost things up to make my system better? Any advice is appreciated. Look below at the attached jpg.
joeyjojojjjjjj Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 If your system is running good other then hyperspin being slow, I would recommended a better gfx card. Are you using onboard video or a dedicated Graphics card? Are you running hyperspin from your main HDD? or off USB?
BlueGoblin Posted January 29, 2015 Author Posted January 29, 2015 its running off the main HDD... i have the ASUS P8H61-I LX R2.0 w/ Radeon HD 6450
rexryan Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 also check for any other programs running that may take up resources.

I still have no idea what would cause the controls to not respond unless your CPU usage is at 100% or something.
BlueGoblin Posted January 31, 2015 Author Posted January 31, 2015 RexRyan - you were right! I had many apps open up via start up menu. I disabled them and it made a big difference. Thank you for pointing that out to me. JoeyJojo - My HDD is 2tb and I have about 600mb used.
IgotGAME Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 I would also suggest maybe looking into an SSD drive. I just setup a Samsung 850 Pro SSD in a machine today. It takes 15 seconds from completely shutdown to Hyperspin running as I have it booting at start up. Here it is: Tapatalked from my Note 3
