[Hyperspin][Performance]Themes run extremely slow at times on a fairly fast PC

Just like in the topic title, many themes will just lag horribly. Literally freezing, 1-3fps drops happens offten when loading custom themes.

I think my computer is far enough good to run it smoothly.

Xeon 1230V2, GTX 770, 8GB 1600 RAM.

My Optimizer settings are:

App Quality: High

Image Smoothing: Checked

Interstirtial Backgrounds: Unchecked

Level 4 Backgrounds: Unchecked

Special Background: Unchecked

Themes Wait For Special: Unchecked

Rest is checked

I am running the latest version of HS

Any suggestions on how to speed it up?

PS. When I let those really laging themes to load my HS wont (correct me on this one) unlag. It will take around 13% of my CPU and run like crap from that point. It also wont close normaly, I have to kill it trough task manager.

I also have a fast computer and lags from time to time when I load themes.

I'm sure it's from the hard drive disk, I'm using a 4TB 5400rpm HDD and it's probably the cause of slowdown.

You can try to move HS/Themes into a faster HDD or a SSD, move also videos if its still slow.

My HDD is 7200rpm and even if it's a regular HDD I don't think it should lag this badly. I'll try to defragment my HDD later on and I'll report the result. Though I was defraging it like a week ago.

If the flash in the theme uses action script, it causes Hyperspin memory leaks. This will be fixed in the next version. Best to just not use those themes cause it will gradually get worse with time

If you aren't experiencing any issues, I wouldn't bother removing them
