D-Fend Reloaded bezel support

Does anyone have a module for D-Fend reloaded with bezel support? I know the DosBox module has it but I have over 600 games all nicely setup in D-Fend and really don't want to change to DosBox as it requires a mess of things. The dosbox module was designed for exodos apparently.

I'll give it a try but last time I tried it (dreamcast), i failed miserably and ended up using yours which worked really well.
