Best site for custom print (user submitted) stickers?

I am building a retro gaming cabinet, I wanted to take some of the characters from the universal mega theme's and use them as back ground stickers behind my shelves, matching mascots next to their consoles. Does anyone have a site they can recommend that wont have any issue with the copyrights? It is for personal use only.
