ArcadeVGA 3000 BSOD upon driver install, anyone know how to handle?

So my setup is a converted Ultracade cabinet with real arcade monitor, a PC with an ArcadeVGA 3000 and Windows 7, all was working fine.

I upgraded my computer to a newer, faster one and just moved the ArcadeVGA from the old computer to the new. The new computer (not really new but newer) has a TA790gx motherboard with integrated ATI HD3300 graphics and everytime I install the driver for the ArcadeVGA I get a BSOD as Windows is starting (ATIKMPAG.SYS is the cause). I have tried everything I have read online and done everything Andy @ Ultimarc advised but still same issue (I have installed and uninstalled drivers multiple ways, clean installed Windows, disabled onboard card in the bios, etc). The ATIKMPAG.SYS seems to be a very common issue but the solution always seems to be upgrade the graphics drivers (which I cannot do as I am using the only available drivers) or pull the ATIKMPAG.SY_ from the driver install and expand it (again not sure this applies to these custom drivers).

Has anyone come across this and know how to solve it? I ordered a new ArcadeVGA 5000 but I am worried this will have the same issue?

If I cannot get these to work what is the next best solution? CRT Emudriver? Will this work with my onboard graphics and how does the HD3300 integrated compare to either of the ArcadeVGA cards?

I thought those drivers only worked on XP... When I used mine a few years back I had to run XP 64 bit to use that card. Things obviously could have changed since... I'd contact Ultimarc for support.

They have Windows 7 drivers now.

If I can get this working under XP 64 will I be ok? Any disadvantage to running all arcade emulators under XP 64 vs 7 64?
