JoeC3109
Hey everyone, I think I might have found a way to disable the Dolphinbar by just running a batch file, and then running another batch file to enable it. I'll need some people to verify something for me however, and that is the hardware ID of their dolphinbars. Hopefully it's the same for everyone, so then I could just share my batch files and it could be accessible for everyone. A few people could help me out by going to this site: http://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=423, read Step 4, and then reporting here what the hardware ID is for their dolphinbar. Also, the dolphinbar comes up as "USB Composite Device" for me if that's helpful. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Dime333
Could you post a screenshot of the device manager showing where you found the dolphinbar?
JoeC3109
In case anyone needs help on how to get there. Click Start on Windows Right Click on Computer, and then click Manage Device Manager will be an option on the left
Dime333
Thanks. I still have no clue which one is the Dolphinbar on my cab though.
vampirolatino2
Thanks. I still have no clue which one is the Dolphinbar on my cab though. There are other solutions, but just for a quickuie ... now that you have that screenshot, now unplug it and take a screenshot ... now compare and see what's different. That should be the Dolphinbar. Then you can go to details and find the ID.

Dime333
OK. Thanks. It's gotta be this one, then. ID is: USB\VID_057E&PID_0306&REV_0100 USB\VID_057E&PID_0306
JoeC3109
Awesome. Same ID as mine. That means the batch should work. I can put the files onto my FTP. There is a file necessary for it to work called devcon.exe, but I think I can upload that onto the FTP as well. I'll include a short readme file on there as well, which will explain where to put it. Great. Now to find a way to put it in different modes without pressing the button
JoeC3109
Files are uploaded. Feel free to test them out Dime. Haha, now that would be pretty sweet to do as well. Imagine that will be a little tougher to figure out.
Dime333
It works for me. Thanks. I have already found workarounds for my problems, but this could come in handy if I run into anything else. Thanks again.
