How do I set up Hyperlaunch so that it boots my CD in Magic Engine?

I have a CD with Rondo of Blood on it and it boots fine if I boot directly from the emulator. All I want for PC Engine is this game (it will be the only game on my PC Engibe CD wheel) but I don't know how to setup HyperspinHQ or Hyperlaunch so that it knows Castlevania is disc-based and it needs to boot the CD. Any advice?

Hi Gigapig, thanks for the reply. At first I actually tried to boot the .iso of the game using Daemon but I couldn't get Magic Engine to recognize my virtual drive. I tried editing the .ini file to say that the default CD Drive is my secondary drive but it still only sees my physical CD drive.
