program/app to help create bezels

If you have a spare 20 hours or so, can one of  you smart programmers make an program/app  to help with bezel creation? :) Something that would help figure out the numbers to place inside the .ini file? I would really appreciate it!! Or if one already exists please let me know........

What I do now is take someone else's bezel that already has the bezel.png and .ini file matched up and just change the art around the bezel and that works pretty well....just FYI for other bezel newbies if they want to give this method a try

Bezel editor in HLMCHeck?

 

Doesn't do it automaticaly but clicking two points and save is all you need.
