methos01 Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Hey guys Having an odd issue just purchased a Mayflash dolphin bar. It's a Wii sensor bar in case you don't know. All seems to be working well until I open Hyperspin. My main wheel is spinning like crazy can't stop it have to control alt delete to get out. I don't even have the wiimote turned on. Although the sensor bar was plugged in. I unplug the sensor bar and hyperspin was normal again. Has anyone heard about something like this happening? I'm sure it's driver related:( Just when I thought I could sit back and relax a little bit.
gigapig Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Are you using the Startup Script 0.6 or 0.7? If so then your out of luck as it does not work with Dolphin Bar. If it's not that Dolphin bar may be changing the joyid's, and make sure you have updated the Dolphin bar and it's set for mode 4 for Wii.
methos01 Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 I am using a start up script 1.1.14.3 Further testing.. I'm having issues with my Xbox controller connecting to my PC now. I know that's not a hyperspin issue. Did you have any issues with yours? If the start of script is the problem what should I do use xpadder? I have updated to the latest 0.3 and I'm in mode4 Thanks
gigapig Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 This is the script i was referring to which is on version 1.07 http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/2069-hyperspin-startup-script/?hl= start script I use version 1.05 which not have issue of the spinning wheel. I never had issues with the 360 pad not connecting. Make use you have drivers installed for it and it is set as the default controller in the advanced options.
methos01 Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 Not sure what version I'm on what I hovered over the exe that's what it said... But yes I am using that script whether or not it's that version I guess I'm not sure. I will try 1.05 I hope that it fixes it. 360 pad is fixed for some reason the dolphin install or something unrelated uninstalled it's drivers. Been working for years without a problem so I have a feeling it was when I installed dolphin bar. Thanks so much gigapig for the help And thanks for linking to that thread I was having trouble finding it probably something to do at the site update.
