Themes don't refresh?

Hi guys,

I am having an issue with my themes and videos not refreshing when selecting a new game on the wheel,

For example under my pc games section, if I go through ten titles almost half of them will not load the video and some will only load the background image,

I think this has something to do with the transitions as I have noticed that when I removed the transition videos no themes or game videos loaded,

When the transitions trigger the themes always load correctly,

Any ideas why this would be happening?

Any advanced hyper spinners know why this could be or do I have to start from scratch again?

Go into HyperHQ, select your systems under the Wheel Settings tab. Then underneath go to the Navigation/Themes tab and in the options below make sure Reload Backgrounds is checked.

Do that for all systems. Should be fixed.

I checked that, reload backgrounds is checked for every wheel,

 

in fact this and return to last are the only things checked for every wheel,

 

someone please help I have just configured everything and now it only loads one out of every 5 themes!

I'm not sure then. I had the exact same problem as you after I initially set it up, but checking Reload Backgrounds fixed it.

Make sure you don't have "themes wait for special" checked in hyperHQ. I bet that's what's going on
