I know games will save brightness, contrast and gamma, but is there an easy way to get games to save their individual HLSL, saturation etc... settings?

So it's been a month, figured I'd bump this for an answer.

 

Is it possible to save individual options such as saturation/HLSL/GLSL settings on a per-game basis?
