1) is there anyway to fix the joystick speed in navigation?

 

2) is 1.4 beta not available for everyone, rumor the joystick problem is fixed in that.

2.  1.4  is still in beta mode,  it is only available for testing purposes.

 

I"m sure when its finalized, it will be released to the download section.
