Rocket launcher updates modules now nothing loads!

Hey guys,

Everything was working fine but I ran rocket launcher today and it updated some stuff and now nothing loads. I get this error. 74ba80553eaabaf598950f3a0b96094b.jpg

What can I do to fix it? This happens with every emulator and every game!
