Hiding Windows 8.1?

Hi Hyperspinners!

I'm setting up an arcade cabinet with hyperspin, do you guys know how to completely hide Windows 8.1 boot sequence? I can't manage to hide the "welcome" screen with the user picture and the loading spinning circle. I searched a lot, and UIboot utility just doesn't work. I managed to remove the "welcome" string with resource hacker, I  replaced the name of the account with an "alt+255" invisible character; if I could just remove the spinning circle, it would be okay...  Any idea in which .dll this circle is hidden?

Hi mikty, winaero is the new version of Uiboot, I don't know if it is supposed to work on Windows 8.1, but it does not for me! But thanks for the reply!

does this work for win 10?  I am assuming they kept the same boot options
