Buddman, I would love to do that. From my understanding that would require some registry editing. Which Im perfectly ok with.. just not exactly 100% sure of which line item to edit.

No editing is required to hide the boot screen - just open msconfig, go to the boot tab, and there's a "No GUI Boot" option that you can tick if I remember correctly. That's all that should be needed to hide it.
