I really wouldn't recommend Hyperspin for GroovyMAME setups in general. Anyone using GroovyMAME is fairly serious about the quality of the emulation they're running, and we've seen many reports that Hyperspin adds input lag and interferes with the behavior of processes it runs. For a GroovyMAME setup, I wouldn't touch anything other than Attract Mode, Big Blue, and maybe Mala.
