thanks man i knew it was probaly some simple thing i was forgetting i had to do.

This is how it looks after first run.

This doesn't seem to create all the proper folders when I run it. The only thing created are the cfg folder and ui.ini. I wanted to add an hlsl file but even if i create the folder and point mame towards it, it will just crash when i launch a game intil i turn off hlsl support. Am I missing something? Is this expected behavior?

Mame just crashes when I use this exe. I'm on win10. any ideas?
