It was intentional, It was for people that want to use the theme here or in other frontends that support video files but not the HyperSpin theme format. Note "video theme" in its name, not "video snap". I added a videosnap to avoid confusion anyway. -

Emulators. They had huge improvements last year. At least with rpcs3 the game is almost playable, didn't tried the Xbox version though. Might be a better choice at the moment. -
