Can someone put me in contact with Hypersync coder?

For a while now I have been working around the issues with hypersync on and arcade machine. I thought the design of hyperspin was for cabinets but hypersync does not seem to think so. I am running 480x640 on my vertical machine and on my horizontal 640x480. These are arcade monitors using 4970 ati cards with crt emu drivers. turning off the arcade monitor. changing the resolution when I remote in or god forbid hooking up and external monitor and then having to reset up everything.... I use teamview and then pray that I can change resolution back correctly.

this is becoming a problem just to update artwork.

The software is designed specifically not to be resizable. So I cant even grab the bar and move some of it offscreen to sync. I can understand maybe having to setup and configure it once in a higher resolution. but every time I want to sync on my vertical cab I have to basically screw up my machine to see the sync button wheich is just left of pause in the screenshot but if you drag the application over to get to sync sync is gone due to it specifically not drawing offscreen graphics. the hypersync has to be coded this way on purpose cause other programs I can move left and right to get to what I need to on such a small screen.

Im just now setting up my horizontal cab and trying to configure it. attached it pictures. I cant be the only one using real 27" crts?!?!

Hi,

The author of that program is no longer around.

I would suggest this:

Setup HyperSync on a different computer.  Map your HyperSpin folder to that PC.  Point everthing to that shared folder and sync to it through the network.

You don't even have to have HyperSync on your Cab.  ;)

Thanks,

Ron

That is actually a great idea. I have two machines to update. so I would just update. change drive mapping then update again using my desktop to update both arcade machines? sounds great. much much better than what I was doing above! ill try it out.
