Any help would be great Are you saying when you start a game directly from MAME, or when you start a game from Hyperspin? EDIT: Oh and welcome to the site!
Sliwka Posted July 16, 2015 Author Posted July 16, 2015 Thank you. Site is great. When running hyper spin. I can see all emulators but when I click on one I recieved the error message in regular da to the extension. That is gone and now the game just doesn't start nonerror
Metalzoic Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 OK, think I'm following you. So Hyperspin starts and you can get to your MAME wheel. Then you enter that wheel and now it shows all your MAME games that you can scroll through But picking one acts like it may start, but instead it just takes you back to the wheel. Nimpa's advice is the first thing I would check. In your Hyperspin folder there should be a program called HyperHQ. This program has options in it for Hyperspin that are separate from RocketLauncher. Open HyperHQ, under the Wheel Settings tab select MAME, then in the Navigation/Themes tab below will be the option he talked about. There will be 4 boxes Wheels only, Themes only, Parents Only, Roms only. These options only work if you have the path to your MAME roms set under the Emulator tab. If Roms only is ticked, un-tick it, then see if it works. Personally I added the path to my roms and on this screen I tick: Remove textfield info, Clones use Parent vids, animate out default themes, reload backgrounds, start on random game, Parents only
