nintenjo Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 I have all my emulators launching correctly using HyperLaunch.. but any PC based emulators i run (i.e. Taito-Type-X) seem to get minimised ater playing for about 3-5 minutes.. I presume its related to a key press combination getting pressed which is minimising / switching focus back to HyperSpin (as the roms are still running if it alt-tab)? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what key pressed might be causing this and how i can disable it? (At rough guess it seems to be related to a 1p and 2p combination of buttons as playing as 1p only seems to be fine). Here is my button config.. (but its also Mame default).
connorsdad Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Are you activating windows sticky keys by hitting shift 5 times ? Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
nintenjo Posted July 22, 2015 Author Posted July 22, 2015 i disabled sticky keys.. I have decided to remap all my keys (and buttons in emulators to none command keys i.e. Alt, Ctrl and Shift etc) it seems to have fixed the issue , but not sure what was causing it.
nintenjo Posted July 24, 2015 Author Posted July 24, 2015 Ok another update.. I am still having issues with 2p controls. It looks like the 'S' or 'Q' keys are switching focus to hyper spin and leaving MAME open in the background. What do these keys do by default and what could be triggering it?
connorsdad Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Ah, you need to change your exit keys in hyperlaunchHQ/rocketlauncher or whatever it's called now. Change it to something you don't. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
connorsdad Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 I'm away from my cab at the moment but I know one of my keys is set to ~ Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
