Leafblower
I've been playing around with Hyperspin for a short while now, I so far I really like it. Still trying to figure out how I get the vertical spin setup, I've seen a few Youtube clips with, but I'll get to that at some point I guess :-D My main issue right now is that I got a little OSD with it comes to my folders being clean. All my console folders are very clean, and only contain what I want them to. My problem is my MAME folder. It contains alot of files that I don't want in there. If I use RL to check my folder I have around 4.1 k games that will turn up green. However when I open the folder I have close to 9 k. files in there. Can I somehow get Hyperspin (or any other program for that matter) remove all the files that aren't listed at green? Before anyone ask, yes I have the newest .xml so theres about 5k files that shouldn't be there. Hope someone made a way to fix this :-P
gigapig
Do you plan on updating your set in the future or is this it for you? If you're going to update there's no point culling the present one if you're going to be downloading it all again. You can use clrmamepro to check the set, there are plenty of guides out there on how to use it. To remove ROMs, there may be tools in the downloads section, one that I have used before which will remove or rename is Mame Content Manager. http://mcm.mameworld.info/mcm2/index.htm I'm sure there will be other suggestions.
