fandtm666
after reading a post about addictive games etc it boughtback memories of the good old games so i decided tobuild a mame cab.while thinking about it i decided to make it a pinballsetup as well and started playing with vision pinballand hyperspin for the mame .So started with a 32' lcd for the main screen and a 19' for the back-glassscreen for the pinball that is designed to drop down when not playing pinballThen on the inside i have a dualcore 3ghz cpu with 4gig ram and twin1tb drives and a gtx610 video card .hooked up to that is the basic usb encoder with 8 buttons per player plus joystick for mameplus the 3 main buttons for the pinball and extra buttons for mame admin.this is the final result just needs a final polish
Djurre
Interesting, one of a kind build, kudos for that! How big is the distance between both flipper buttons? Looks like they are really far apart, but I could be wrong.
Metalzoic
That pop up backglass is a really cool idea.

Yep its a different design because i wanted to incorporate both mame and pinball into sit down style table that still looked nice.

It looks a lot further apart on the photo's. Maybe because that is because almost all pincabs are without edges. If it was my cab i would probably give it small feet so the bottom is raised like 20 mm, and put a ledstrip under it. Together with Ledwiz and VP that's awesome.
